For those who enjoy cooking, the Poggio Verde Country Villa kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and local farms abound in the area. For those who would like to venture out and taste the excellent local cuisine there are plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from in the area, too. Some guests choose to hire a chef so they can dine “at home” but still have excellent local Italian food.
